It's pretty interesting when they write articles like this that they don't provide a link to the update.

They are talking about a very important emergency fix and how important it is and general stuff about Flash in the market, yet they don't provide a link to all the illiterate people out there that do not know how to update software or where to find it. You are basing this on the idea that everyone knows how computers works, they don't. It's also just the whole idea of it that makes no sense. "Get this important update guys, I'm serious. I will not provide you with the means though, go find it yourself".
