Hey! I'm looking to build a Server PC to run our community's servers. We will be running a large Gmod RP server, along with a few other servers such as Zombie Mod for Counterstrike:Source and a Crysis 3 server.

Do you have a proper internet connection in the first place?
I'm looking to ship it to a company who will host it for me (a server farm is it?).
How large do you plan that GMOD server to be?
Anyways, a good quad-core, a good amount of ram... (8 or more), should be fine.
(But just FYI, GMOD doesn't require too many resources - as long as physics isn't involved - then it gets a bit heavier)
I'd say we will be hosting a 64 slot RP server (Something such as PERP), a few Counterstrike:Source servers such as 50 slot ZombieMod and 32 slot JailBreak, a Crysis 3 server, and a few others.
I had this setup recommended to me, however I'm not sure if the person is familiar with the games I'm wanting to host.

Do you know of any places where I could have my server computer shipped to and looked after? What phrase would I put into a search engine?
Looks fine! I have no clue about the hosting part though.
The hosting is usually called colocation.
You will want to see how much colocation is for a certain amount of time, and add in your server price. It may be cheaper to simply rent a dedicated server from a company.
Also, SRCDS is single threaded, or at least very poorly mutlithreaded, so make sure you can get the fastest Xeon V2 in your budget.
