Why i ask is that my friend say i can't.
EDIT:
I ask this for a friend.
You can but playing games on Eyefinity on a 5770 will be really quite laggy.
What should my friend use for smooth then. He has 8g ram and e8500

5870 is preferable if your friend can manage it.
And why 2 threads?
Yes it's possible. You need an active displayport adapter. On three 23" screens you're going to have some serious lag issues. I have trouble playing first person shooters on crossfire 5770s with 19" screens sometimes.
Yes, using eyefinity.
Hell, you can triple monitor game on almost any (Combination of) card(s) if you use SoftTH. (I do it with an x1600 on 2 monitors and an x1250 on another, had an NVidia 8400GS on the third at one point, Mixed brands)

I used that on borderlands but got lag as hell and a fucking weird resolution so i stopped using it.
