I admit this is probably the wrong section for this request but, the technical support section takes freaking 4 hours to respond to anything, so here I am.
This problem has plagued me throughout my Firefox history and it extremely frustrating when it happens.
So I present you with this screenshot.

Probably very simple to fix, so just bare with me.
I'm using opera but it's basically the same with every browser, right click on the area where your tabs are now (not on the tabs, the area) and see if there's a "Customise" option. If so, you can activate all the bars you want through it.
If not, go to either Tools or View, but probably view, and you can also change your toolbars through there.
No customize options or tools anywhere that I can find.

I've right clicked on every possible place their is too click. nothing works

I figured it out, purely by mistake, simply hold alt key down for a second and the navigation bar will appear for a second, then quickly right click and restore menu bar etc.
