Need to compress my PDF

I've got a 100 MB .pdf file that I'm using frequently.
The problem is that it's pretty slow, because of the size. I'm looking for a way to compress it (maybe make the quality shittier?) or something to make it easier to use.

I would split it into multiple 5mb files.

There's text in it that I'd like to be able to copy/paste from time to time. That's why it's in .pdf in the first place.

I've got a 600-page PDF and pretty much every page has full-color images.
