time to do some fun stuff
[sp] if I had the game [/sp]
Seems like we're not missing out though
This is game is freaking amazing so far, and I'm only about 10 minutes in

many other people think otherwise

Well that is their opinion. I love it.
Well that is their opinion, that is mine.
you could say that for hundreds of other reviews, making them useless
I wouldn't trust steam reviews.

Or mine.
[editline]30th November 2015[/editline]
But I like it, that is all that matters for me.

So far it is worth the 52 American Dollars I paid for it.

This is Steam reviews, the kind of place where a negative review can consist of "didn't have cookies, 0/9001 lel".
Only problem I see me having, is the same as everyone else. The unlock system is horrendous from previews I've seen.

Most of the negative reviews are complaining about the game not working properly, crashing, or running in an online-only mode. I'm a huge fan of just cause 1 and 2 but all those sound like valid concerns to me
why is just single player ... :(
I want to play with my friends like far cry 4 :P

Apparently AMD users are suffering from a buncha graphical bugs, which might be what the hubub is about.

Yup, I'm gonna wait. This many complaints about performance issues don't exactly come up on every new release. Kind of a shame since JC2 was amazingly well optimized for how good it looked.
So AMD users will have a hard time running it? Damn, was looking forward to this.
Glad I waited before preordering
It would probably shit all over my crossfire setup
Well mine run well and it's fucking amazing. 8/10 so far
Fuck steam reviews
They'll release patches soon enough. Seriously, it's not Arkham Knight bad port level
I run it fine on medium settings with a few extra effects disabled with a 960 with is below minimum requirements, so this people with potatoes need to stop crying.

yeah but in the end it boils down to an up or down vote
i'd say it's more reliable than game journalism, even though it has its flaws
Well that is their opinion. I love it.
It's not simply their opinion.
It just doesn't run the way it should I am sure that it will be fixed soon and the reviews will change to something more positive, but for now, people are having a lot of performance issues.
I am thinking about buying it but it SEEMS like a gamble if it runs properly or not.
Man why didn't they release a demo, I'd use it to check how good would it run on my PC

A 960 is a recent mid-range, it shouldn't be below minimum. I have a 960 as well and managed to run Witcher 3 on Ultra at a stable 50-60.
Got it for free with my i7 4790k.
Loving the game. It's a funny guilty pleasure.
(For those who are curious, I never really drop below 70FPS on maximum settings, EVER, with a GTX 980 and i7 4790k at 1080p. Although I use v-Sync.)
I rarely go below 60 on a 970, mixed settings, what ever the default button set for me
Man why didn't they release a demo, I'd use it to check how good would it run on my PC
Because everyone will just play the demo forever like the last demo
I rarely go below 60 on a 970, mixed settings, what ever the default button set for me
Same here. It's default set to ultra on everything.
Are the cutscenes prerendered? Something feels off about them. Or maybe I'm just not used to these fancy new graphics like how in the beginning of Arkham Knight, I didn't realize I could move because the graphics were so good I thought I was in a prerendered cutscene but everything was ingame
Here i am, a 780 pleb
I probably shouldn't have bought this with a 680
I mean, it runs somewhat okay on low low settings, but I wish I was better with hardware so I can upgrade

I feel like the x70 is the minimum to run on high settings becuase when I play on medium I usually sit at around 60-70fps

I'm running it on medium high with a 680 thanks to the patch
