(Sorry I can't get a better picture, I'd go outside and take it if there weren't a million stinging things that like to hang around the house)
I've never seen one that looks like this before, nonetheless that folds it's wings like that.
It's a dull green too, not really iridescent.
So, bug experts of FP, is this a dragonfly of some sort?
Pretty sure, yup.
could be an adult antlion

Looking at pictures, it looks like it's one of those more than a dragonfly.
Yeah... Sounds about right
I see those things nearly every day here in Norway. The moment I leave the door a dragonfly usually flies past.
Looks more like an antlion, yeah, dragonflies have much smaller antennas

pretty sure it's a dragonfly, one kept landing on me the other day and I got a picture

looks the same shape as the one in your picture but obviously the lack of colour makes it hard to tell. Dragonflies can be massive too, like hand size.
Hope this helps :)
It's a fly-in-drag.
I think it's an antlion, dragonflies don't have antennae I think

God damn I feel so stupid. I thought you guys were joking when you said it was an antlion because I didn't know there was an actual bug with that name.
i love bug pictures
I don't think dragonflies have antennae on their heads.
These are Damselflies, guys.
Same order, very similar.
Easiest way to tell the difference is wing position, body thickness, and eyes.
While at rest, Damselflies hold their wings parallel to their bodies. Dragonflies hold them off to the sides.
Damselflies have thinner bodies, and their eyes are wider set and more obvious
