I'm getting 2 Dell u2412 monitors http://www.amazon.com/Dell-UltraSharp-U2412-24-Inch-LED-lit/dp/B005JN9310/ so would I need to get 2 GPUs?
And would like to use a max of $1200 for the computer it's self, less if possible. I already have a keyboard, mouse, and headphones, but can't re-use anything else, as I am on a laptop.
I'm thinking of using http://www.logicalincrements.com/ $1000 guide as a base, and building onto it.
For storage I want to get 2 1tb drives, and an SSD for the OS(will probably use windows 8).
So if anyone could help me, that would be wonderful.
You shouldn't need two GPU's for a dual monitor setup, just buy a dual GPU. Look on www.overclockers.co.uk they have good deals for PC's and PC parts.

I forgot to mention, I'm in the US.
I believe they ship to the US free.
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1tLmh is my recommendation (well I would only be getting 1 1tb hdd, I don't know why you want both). You don't need a dual GPU card or an SLI configuration; however, this build is CrossfireX ready should you buy a second 7970 in the future. If you need to lower costs, I suggest downgrading to this GPU: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-video-card-gvn760oc2gdrev20 If you don't want to ever SLI, downgrade the PSU as appropriate for your video card of choice, and possibly switch out the motherboard for a G41 (bear in mind audio quality will be lowered, but if you are not an audio nut you probably won't notice).

That PSU isn't the best. This would be a little bit more but you would also get one hell of a fast computer. http://pcpartpicker.com/user/aStonedPenguin/saved/2e4Y

A) that motherboard will not make the computer faster, rather it will just blow 40-50$ on unused features.
B) 1866 MHz RAM isn't honestly all that faster.
C) The SSD is much worse than the 840 pro.
D) That's a poor choice in PSU, and please tell me you aren't implying that a better PSU makes things go faster.
This would actually run slower on boot, and maybe slightly faster later (like a whole FPS in a game; in other words completely negligible).

As far as I have heard, Rosewill is a bit of a hit or miss thing, I assume the newer models are proper now though.

I have heard the same, but reviews (professional reviews that is) for capstone and Hive are good.
