• Can I got to a gushow and just sell boxes of ammo without a table?

I recently inherited a pretty large amount of ammunition from my father, but I don't have any weapons to match. I only have one rifle. I was thinking of going to a gun-show and selling some of the ammo, but will they throw a fit about it? Living in Texas, if that helps at all.
Why would you need a gun? Just throw the ammunition.
No, but you can go to a table show and sell ammo without a gun. And by sell, I mean shoot. And by without, I mean with. And by table show, I mean Bass Pro Shops.
It depends on the rules of the show. Some shows allow people who pay the premium admission price to sell their wares at a public table. Of course, you will probably have to fill out some ATF form or some state bureau of investigation paperwork. And don't forget about claiming that income on your taxes! That is, if you want to remain legal and all. The last few shows that I went to, they didn't allow people to sell stuff, unless you were selling to a dealer with a booth. You could just hold your own gun show in your garage. [editline]11th March 2011[/editline] [QUOTE=Matix;28547596]No, but you can go to a table show and sell ammo without a gun. Cabela's and Gander Mountain are soooooo much better and don't contain half of the ignorant fuck-sticks that populate Bass ProShops.

Also, you'd need to be ok with shipping it to Maryland. It's fine if you don't.

Around 75 rounds of 8mm i think, I got bird and buckshot shotgun shells.
Cool, the 8mm sounds good. How much buck do you have, and what brand is it? same with the bird.
