• Unreal Engine mappers, please help

So there's this MMORPG, "The Chronicles of Spellborn", and they're shutting it down for good on the 26th. As a fan of the game I am saddened and want to salvage whatever I can. Fortunately, the sound and music files are in Ogg format, come with the client and can be played by any recent audio player. Unfortunately, accessing the rest of the game requires a server connection, as the client will not access any maps by itself. Once they shut down the servers, everything is gone. Well, almost gone, since the only other method of accessing the game world is via the UnrealEd 3 map editor. However, this editor is just as proprietary as the Unreal 2.5 engine used for creating the game. I can't find any "vanilla" version of UnrealEd, all existing builds are already tailored for one game or another (read: incompatible). I tried opening some Spellborn maps using the editor bundled with Unreal 2k4, it didn't work. Same for the editor in the latest UDK. Any suggestions? If there are any Unreal mappers around, please help, your advice is greatly appreciated.
