After the most recent patch, Mop, I have been getting very severe stuttering when playing. I contacted blizz support, who where very helpful but was insisting it was a problem with my graphics driver. I updated it and it continues to do the same thing, making the game almost unplayable. Any clue what could be causing this? I have no addons downloading and I have reset all of the settings to be sure. WoW also is the only game that does this, I have never had this problem with anything else.

Try running it without addons. If that doesn't help, reinstall WoW. If that doesn't help, update [b]all[/b] your drivers. If that doesn't help, reinstall Windows.
