My razer megalodon keeps giving an 'out of bandwidth error' when trying to use the mic

Problem: I have a razer megalodon. Whenever I try to speak with my microphone, the microphone won't work and a small window will pop up saying: 'out of bandwidth' and I have no idea on how to fix this.
This only happens on the computer I'm using right now, It works fine on the other computers I've tried it on.
The razer support page talks about a solution for this but it's only for windows vista.
I really want to be able to use my microphone.
It works fine on other Windows 7 computers, but not the one I'm using right now. Does anyone know what's wrong?
If you want any extra information, ask me for it and I'll give you it.
Try a different port. Also post the motherboard model.
Unless you have it connected to a hub, in that case, don't have it connected to a hub.
are you using the current firmware drivers? But to be honest the megalodon is a pile of shit, razer in general is(Except their lycosa keyboard, fuck I love this thing), they spent like a year getting the microphone to work on windows 7, denying that it was broken till the end.
