I'm in the middle of building a PC and so far I've installed the Mobo, Processor,
RAM, PSU and Graphics Card. So I was going to check if everything worked before
continuing. I have a screen which seems to work fine with other computers.
It's a PHILIPS screen called 190SW8FS I believe.
After I start my Computer and plug the screen in it says "No Video Input".
What could be causing this?
This is my build so far:

Any help would be appreciated.
EDIT: I tried plugging in another screen, same problem.
What is the monitor connected to?
Try reseating your RAM.
It's connected to the Video card through VGA.
Check the ram is in correctly and in the right slots.
This happened to me.
Is an internal speaker connected to the motherboard? if so does it give a single POST beep?
I tried taking the RAM Out and back in, nothing happened.
Where do I plug the Internal Speaker into?
there's a little spot on the front-panel header that's 4 pins long. Check your motherboard manual for the layout.
Also, Why can't I turn off my Computer?
I have to use the PSU Switch at the back.
Starting it works fine.
Does the computer power on? Like the chassis fans, CPU fan, any LEDs inside the case.
Troubleshoot your RAM. Take one out, test. Take it out, put in the other. Test. Redo with separate RAM slots.
Troubleshoot GPU. Take it out, hook up your monitor directly to the motherboard. Test.

What do you mean by you can't turn off your computer?

The Chassis Fans, CPU Fan and LEDs Power on.
And I can't really hook up the Screen to the Motherboard right now since
the VGA on the Mobo is a male and I don't have the correct cable.
The PC can be turned on with the Power button on the front, but not
turned off with it.
I could use some help here,
I can't really troubleshoot anything when I can't turn the PC off properly.
I've double-checked the Front-Panel Connectors.
This happened to me when I didn't install the CPU properly, I didn't open the lever, then install the CPU and close the lever, I just put it there loosely without touching the lever. Also, your motherboard manual should tell you where to mount your internal speaker/beeper if there even was any that came with your motherboard. If not, you pretty much have to figure it out yourself. And I'd check that you have all the power cables installed, the 24-pin one, the 8/4-pin one, and the PCI-E cords to the GPU.

POST w/o boot is a really generic issue. It can be caused by bad RAM, CPU, GPU, mobo, short circuits and in general anything not working the way it should.
Oh yeah, the internal speaker doesn't beep when I turn the PC on.
But I'm not sure if that's because I inserted it wrong.
the coloured wire is the positive side.
Try removing a single part and turning it on until something happens. Try the GPU first, then try each memory stick, etc.
If nothing happens, I would call it a faulty motherboard and send it back to the store for a replacement.
I removed the GPU Cables and tried booting.
It made 1 long beep 3 short ones.
The GPU power cables? The GPU won't run without power. Try removing it completely.
Okay, I took the GPU out and turning off the PC works now.
If you have any other graphics cards around, try using it to get a video signal.
I reseated the GPU and now everything works.
Thanks for the help, Guys.
