Medpunch - I'm itching real bad and I need some doggone help!

Right, so, recently, I've been extremely itchy. Not the itches that you can just ignore, but the really sharp itches that feel like someone is driving a very small needle into your skin.

There are no visible signs. No bugs. No rashes. No lumps. Nothing. Just constant, unbearable itching.

I've googled around and found nothing terribly helpful. A lot of other people in my boat with no answers.

I'm fifteen years old and male. I'll answer any questions to help find a cure. This is really driving me mad.

When was the last time you had a bath? In the middle of the night my balls itch like fuck because I didn't clean them well.

I shower every morning, including this morning. This has been going on for some time but I just kind of expected it to blow over.
