Windows 8.1 glitch hits RT owners

They need to allow me to use a local account and not have to log into an MSN account.
When I got the update it wouldn't let me create a local account like before.. it forced me to log in with a windows live account.

I could do it with a local account. It's a bit unclear though. Infact, it was so unclear I forgot what you had to do now :v:

once you do that you can change it back to local, it's dumb but not really a big problem
