Does anybody here at FP know of any sunburn cures?
I have porcelain skin (hur hur go outside nerde) so I burn easily.
I went to the beach a few days ago, and the fronts of my legs got badly burnt.
I've got big blisters the size of quarters.
So far I've tried vinegar and witch hazel. Everyone says Aloe should help, but it only makes things much worse.
If anybody has a better remedy, it would be very helpful.
I've had bathing in milk but I hardly doubt your going to fill your bath with milk.
I know you can get spray from the store that helped me when I got a very bad sunburn. It's not long lasting but it does help so get 2 cans to make sure you have enough until the blisters go away.
Well I got some spray, it has some triple antibiotic and soothing shit in it. It works for about 5 minutes and fades away. Not much of a cure, just a pain reliever.

What you should do is rub aloe vera (if you have some) into your skin till there is none left. I had fucking HORRIBLE sunburns and they went away in 3 days :)
I have pretty sensitive skin, and when I went to tan in Croatia I was on my stomach for two hours. Oh and there was olive oil on my back, two full tubes of after sun lotion were dispensed.
Aloa can burn a bit but work through the pain, it'll help in the long run.
rub affected areas with sour cream.
it works, trust me.
Guys if you read the OP, aloe doesn't work for me. It's not that it hurts, it's because it literally makes the area redder and more sensitive to everything.
Also, I'll check out the sour scream.

also: moisturize it maybe? this happened to me last summer and it's annoying like a bitch... I wish i could be of more assistance but I don't know much about it :/ (oh and aloe worked for me :smug:)
Just don't scratch it. If you scratch once, the itch or pain will come back about 10 seconds later and at least 2x worse.
Aloe Vera that bitch.
