I have a legit attention span problem, which caused me to fail academically since the second grade, provided I didn't see the point in the educational system itself besides working towards a grand career.
Never appealed to me, I was very social though and fucked around too much up until high school where I got caught smoking weed in the parking lot.
Skipped alot of classes afterwards during Freshman year, then entirely gave up during Sophomore year and said 'fuck it' and started going to community college.
What are you going to do with your life?

I'm starting a military career in the US Army, thinking about going to a recruiter and getting a position as a 19K (M1 Abrams tank crewman) and if I don't get killed in afghanistan or some awful shit like paralysis down to my waist, then I'll take the money and apply it towards getting a better education.
Either that or I'll be a total asshole and work for DynCorp (Security contracting)

Sounds like you don't have too much of a choice... IMHO I'd hate to be army material, but if you prove to be good at it, then you might get somewhere.
Military is what I've been working towards to become for years now, it's just fascinated me since I was a child, long before I even started playing video games.

I can't see this ending well.
It won't end well if I do more than a three year contract, I'd probably get tired of it after that amount of time. I've got alot of family that have been in one branch of the military or the other, Marines and Airforce primarily. They help me out from time to time to get me where I wanna be, to make sure I don't end up having a shit job.
I could always be a ground-pounder too, artillery doesn't recieve much fire, I'm just not all too good with math.
I mean it's better than being a fucking wal-mart greeter and I hate being 'safe' all the time it's just a stupid way to live without excitement every once in a while.

I want world peace as much as the next guy but some people in this world just aren't with the times, and unfortunately, force is required to deal with them since reason doesn't seem to get through as it should.
You can choose to ignore them, but neglecting them and their problems doesn't solve anything.
