I swear GTA V has been in the top sellers since pre orders for it went up.
I regret buying GTA V full price.
IDK why, it's not as fun as San Andreas or am I setting my expectations too high?

I agree! I bought it on PS3 when it was released, played it a bit, gave it away to a friend, wanted to play it again, bought it again for PS3 (about a year later), played it a bit further, then bought the PC version on launch day and after getting just as far as on console before it's somehow not entertaining me as much as it should. I played the shit out of VC, San Andreas and IV. The only thing I can say it bothers me is the story (and maybe it's length). I don't like FBI, CIA and shit like that in stories when there's too much of it. Everything else is better than IV in my opinion but somehow I can't find any fun in it.
I would like to see an HD remake of SA but unfortunately Rockstar doesn't care much about remakes.

The biggest problem I have is that Rockstar didn't really develop themselves after GTA4. 4 had an amazing protagonist with Niko and a very strong story. GTA 5 was just another "satirical" view of America and you almost felt how they ran out of some ideas. I wish it would have been like GTA4 since the story and the characters, in 5, were not as remarkable as the previous ones. Even San Andreas had more surprises and emotional moments with all the gangstashit than GTA 5

I felt the same way, something about GTAV makes less enjoyable to me than III or Vice City.
Causing havoc in the sandbox is still just as fun, but I didn't really care for the story missions.
