Hey. I recently downloaded some recording software for prank calls, and I picked up a Trojan.Zlob.O - I use Norton (Yes, I know, I know) internet security 2009. It finds it and says it's removed it and deleted all traces of the virus. However soon after I seem to get "blocked suspicions site, suspicions image e.t.c." and "blocked Trojan.Zlob.O" anyway. What the virus does is open IE in the background without it showing up on the start menu tab thing. I normally just shut it down through the processor window when it shows up, but I can't always be that swift.
AVG and other anti-virus programs don't find the virus at all.
So, how do I remove this peace of shit?
Have you tried NOD32?
No. I'll download it as a last resort, but for now I'll wait and see if anyone in the Facepunch community has an idea without downloading anything.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionRunRegSvr32=%System%msmsgs.exe
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareMicrosoftWindowsNTCurrentVersionWinlogonShell=explorer.exe
"Run" or "RunReg" or whatever is not there. I get to "current version" - punctuation.

It's possible you don't even have it. I mean, if Norton is the only one that detected it, and you cant find it in the registry...
Well, I know it does exist. I mean, it does open porn in the background and loads of spyware websites.
If It opens porn, I say allow it. :q:
Try this:

Well, I have a similar problem, except I'm using Avast and I get the Trojan/Worm "Mal-Ob-Z[Cryp]". Help!
