Some of these are kind of funny. Spore, Insurgency, Prison Architect...

Watch the Spore early tech demos then watch recent spore gameplay. Tell me that shit aint terrifying.
Earlier, before it was taken down/changed, I saw: "The Evil Within - 15% off" and then in the price area it had 70.05$ crossed out, and then 59.99 next to that.
Mark up, discount to original price. Illusion of sale.

Fallout 3 for $2.49 is stealing. The amount of mods for that game makes it basically a game with infinite content

The 2005 alpha demonstration still makes me cry with joy.
if you had to choose between fallout 3 and new vegas, get new vegas, the writing is straight up better and pretty much every gameplay mechanic from 3 was improved in some way
Unless you're looking for a really unique atmospheric experience and a carefully designed world that feels lived-in that's fully open to explore, something that 3 totally trumps with over NV.

Also get FO1 and 2, some of the most top notch RPGs I've ever played for about $5 together. Recently updated by Bethesda so they should run fine on modern systems, and at a high resolution.
Also, get Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines. Fucking amazing and easily one of the best RPGs ever, albeit extremely buggy and in need of patches to get working properly.
The entire STALKER series on steam is on sale as well. If you've never gotten around to playing it, System Shock 2 is $2.50.
Deadly Premonition is a game with some hardcore buyer beware. While every version of the game is a broken mess, the PC version is no exception and comes with a host of problems. There are fan fixes as far as I'm aware, but I don't know if they work. However, for your money, you get one of the weirdest most fascinating games ever made. An extreme Twin Peaks ripoff, but it's so amazingly bizarre it's worth at least 2-5 dollars. Definitely a good bad game.
Do you guys recommend 7 Days to Die?
I've seen a lot of people saying before that it's not your regular DayZ clone and that zombies are actually a threat and shit in it.
I didn't know if there would be any good sales but thanks to this awesome website I was able to find a few games to buy. I got Organ Trail, Insurgency, and lone survivor. It wasn't the best sale, but I also got Darkwood for 25% off. Going to get my spook on tonight and tomorrow with all these games.

They did that with developer bundles in a sale a few years ago. They were still on sale, but they changed the base price to make the discount look bigger than it was.

I think you're talking about a different Fallout 3 than the one I played.

Haven't really played much of it, but it is kind of true. Once they start pursuing you, zombies are capable of destroying walls to get to you. Hence why you are able to fortify walls. They also tend to wink into existence when all looks clear.

Played it for the last 7 hours in singleplayer.
It's fucking great.

Highly recommend The Long Dark. Very detailed and satisfying survival game. No monsters, no zombies, only wolves, humans, and the Canadian north.

Why choose? Get both and install Tale of Two Wastelands.
