As said in the title, I'm looking for a decent quality, cheap webcam that won't lag about when I'm streaming on my [url=www.twitch.tv/critdev]Twitch.[/url] I have a terrible webcam at the moment that looks like this:

All I want is something that won't lag about like that. Also, don't worry about the white noise from my microphone, that will already be fixed. I'm looking for something that's around $20, but I can go up to $50. Keep in mind I don't mind buying from eBay, where I can find some webcams that are $50 for only $20. It doesn't need to be the highest quality as the region where the viewers will see it is as small as it is in the video. Mic quality doesn't matter either, as I won't use it. Anything you guys can show me would be appreciated!
MS Lifecam HD-6000 owns and it's pretty cheap.
If you bother paying a bit you can get a Logitech HD Pro C920.. But yeah, I guess the other option is just fine otherwise
