I just bought a 5 foot tall led zepplin poster and I want to hang it up, but tape doesn't work. What are some good ways to hang a poster of this size up?
glue

thumbtacks perhaps
I hanged up the posters I have with tape, and it works fine.

So; Get better tape. Especially Duct Tape.
Sticky tack if you don't care about the oils in it staining the corners of the poster/your wall over time.
Go with duct tape. That's what I use. Just fold it to make both sides sticky then put them on the back corners of the poster then on the wall. Don't use regular double sided duct tape, you need to fold it or you will have a problem getting it off of the wall.
Also OP, can you upload an image of the poster? I'm interested in what it looks like.

I stuck a mirror to the wall with folded duck tape, never fell
Stick a nail in the wall. Punch a hole in the top of the poster. Insert nail into hole. Vwala.

Yeah sure
one of the problems is that it was rolled up. It wants to go back to it's rolled state whenever I try to tack or tape it up.
You can always frame it.

put some books on top of it for a while until it flattens out

Kay, that's a nice and very overwhelming poster.
Frame it.
I have the same poster, use duct tape.
I was thinking that but I am sort of wondering if it's worth it. I only paid 15 dollars for it and if it costs 70 dollars to frame it... well you see what I'm getting at.
I see. Yeah, framing is expensive. Try to find a whole-sale place, and what they might do is give you a discount on a frame that has a ding in it, like is maybe chipped. Then you can simply repair it yourself or just let it go.
But for a poster that big, duct tape isn't going to look as good.
My mom's a framer so yeah. :3

I'm not sure, this is just a rough idea, but I think this guy likes futurama. Just a little bit.
Frame it in duct tape, who the fuck frames a zeppelin poster??

My aunt works at a glass company that does picture framing. I think I'll ask them about it and pickup some thumbtacks for temp hanging

I have a 1.5 metre "Boss Nigger" poster held up with it, seems to work for me.
