I got this popup stuck on my screen. How the hell do I get it to go away?

So, I went to copy something, and after I clicked copy, the bar where copy was selected is still there. Really fucking annoying. See below for better explanation.

I get that sometimes, usually killing explorer.exe and restarting it works, but not always.
