It's on my motherboard, what are the plugs called?

I have some plugs on my motherboard that plug into some things like USB firewire...

So I have 2 blue plug things that go into 2 FireWire ports,

And a Yellow and Green plug going into the 2 USB ports and microphone and headphone jacks.

What are all these plugs called? Do all motherboards have them?
