• New Graphics Card.

My 560 GTX burnt out or the fans had an irregular spin up. So, I need a new one. One that us roughly within the 100$-ish range. I play on 1152x864. My computer specs are below. Only high end games I got are GTAIV, Just Cause 2, and Saints Row 3rd. I would want a nVidia, but I'll take a ATI at this point.
Budget?
About 100$-120$.
For your budget, a GTX 650 or a Radeon HD 7770 is going to be about the best you can get.
I'd say go for the 7770 mentioned above, it's a great little card.
Go for a 6950 on ebay. Those 7770s are good but not that good.
I'm not one to trust ebay.
nVidia Geforce GTX 650 TI Boost I believe is relatively cheap right now.
The GTX 650 Ti boost is around $149 but if he can spare that extra $30 it has noticeable improvement from the two previous GTX 650 models
Ebay can have excellent deals, and buyer protection (you just have to check out the seller, and sometimes message them), but eh, a new card has its novelties.

Most sellers with decent feedback are okay I've rarely had a problem.
Like everyone else has been saying the 7770 is the best card for your price range because it is able to run most games on Ultra settings at playable FPS
Like everyone else has been saying the 7770 is the best card for your price range because it is able to run most games on Ultra settings at playable FPS
For a brand new card it would be. But on a tight budget a user one gets you more bang for your buck.
So, NewEgg has a 7790 HD 1GB for 109, 69.99 after rebate, but kind of has some cash emergencies (had to loan my dad some cash), so right now I have about 75 bucks. However, he's suppose to be paying me in the coming weeks. So, should wait.?
Wait
If you are willing to spend up to say $150 I would highly recommend the gigabyte radeon 7850. It is extremely powerful and is the cheapest of all of the other competitors.
Nah, I wish I could, but my funds won't allow it.
Do you have the time to save a little more money? I'd say you save around 100-200 bucks, since the high-end cards are 200-300 dollars, as well as last longer and give great performance.
I don't have a job, so nope.
I suggest you wait until you can receive the full 100 bucks again, I'd say the best you could get is GTX 650 or 7770 like how Hydra said.
Finally got paid back. So, I was searching on amazon and ran into a couple of things. Looking at benchmarks. The best is the 7770. The 280 is simply to old to be have good performance at this point.
I was thinking of the 7770 myself (and I'm usually a nVidia guy), it's 70 bucks, and it's really not a bad card on a budget. On the other hand, I heard this and that on PowerColor. Something about some PowerColor cards needs a UEFI motherboard.
I don't think that one in particular does, but i would go with a better brand if possible, considering powercolor's caps are dodgy
I'm use to shopping nVidia, so I don't know who the "go to" brand is for AMD, but I would assume probably ASUS or MSI.
MSI makes the best non-reference cooler if you are buying twin frozr, but I'm not sure they have a twin frozr 7770 model. Either way both of those brands are good choices along with Gigabyte, Sapphire, and XFX
This the one? http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0077POOVM/sr=1-3/qid=1387056472/ref=olp_product_details?ie=UTF8&me=&qid=1387056472&seller=&sr=1-3
I don't think that's twin frozr, but that's the closest you'll get. That looks pretty darn good.
M'kay, I'll get it.
