Can I get people to sign an agreement where they have to agree to never sue me before they talk to me (just in-case).

I see nothing wrong with Sony's agreement, they are protecting themselves from people who think a lawsuit is the answer to a problem.
Doesn't valve have about the exact same thing.
Edit: Doesn't mean it's not dumb, it just hasn't caused any problems yet.

This case needs to win to set precedent
"You can't sue if you use our products" is an affront to consumer rights and anyone who continues to pull that crap needs to be sued
