My father, though I was born via a sperm donor, had adult MD. He passed February of last year and seeing him decay to that point was harder than the death itself as lasted longer in terms of grief. His only biological son is my older brother who has autism and can't speak using verbal language. He's currently living with us though he has lived in group homes in the past and will likely live in another in the future. He got back from the doctor today with my mother, and was confirmed to have adult MD. It was clear prior to the confirmation do to his trouble walking and sometimes falling under circumstances. This will never pass in the family as he will never marry or have children do to his neurological circumstances. I try to help him however I can along with my mother, but she'll be one of the few to help him along with others while I'm at college. I just wanted to get this off my chest as this is the second time this has come to terms with this bastard of an illness.
