ok, so i've got an old, but at the same time pretty good computer - its an old dell, but i pimped it out a bit, can run my games an all high with out any lag, but steam in-game doesn't work, and i can't watch a youtube video with out everything else lagging/freezing, and it just pisses me off.
i've punched my keyboard but that didn't help.
