Recently my computer has been crashing and from the looks of it, it is to do with the graphics card.
It happens when using Hammer, when playing CSGO (Happened when I closed CSGO) and not sure if theres another way round it then just buying a new graphics card.
Heres what happens. (Sorry for messy desk)

Any advice is welcome
You can try a few things here:
-Check to see if your video card drivers are up-to-date. May not be the issue, but it doesn't hurt to try.
-Check the temps in the case. I use Speccy to get the temps of the individual components, as well as other useful information.
-Listen and see if you can hear the fan running higher than usual or not at all.
