This isn't that mindblowing TBH.

It's nice, I guess, but it's just a reskin of an old game you could play for free virtually anywhere.

this year of Luigi has been pretty light on the Luigi

They should end it with a bang and release a Luigi's Mansion game to the Wii U.

But with it being November already I doubt that will happen.
