Replacement Motherboard for a IBM laptop

Hey guys,

So I've got my sisters old laptop of which she dropped and damaged the motherboard inside. The laptop itself is a IBM ThinkPad T43.

Now i need to find a replacement mother board but i can't seem to find one anywere.

One without a stupidly high price would be good.
