This is the screen I see after the Loading Windows screen and windows apparently works(as I can type in my password but after doing so the screen goes black)
My GPU is a ASUS HD6670(EAH6670/DIS/1GD5), my monitor is a 22MP57HQ-P and I'm running Windows 7. Once i uninstall the AMD driver the screen goes back to normal. At first I thought I installed the wrong drivers but i did recheck everything and I'm sure I using the correct ones.
Any idea why this is happening?
Also, one thing to note i guess is that right now my monitor is plugged to the GPU(via HDMI) and everything works fine until i install the drivers.

Have you tried both 15.7.1 and the Crimson Beta?
I have a friend using a 5000 series card with Windows 7 currently and so far no issues for him.
I just tried both legacy drivers, both give me same result.
Everything goes well with the installation but once the computer reboots the video gets fucked.

I have to go into Safe Mode to uninstall everything and when trying to open the AMD settings i get this message:

Also i have been forced to use this Display Driver Uninstaller because when I try to use Program and Features I get this message:

And according to DDU, the drivers are there, but for some reason everything is all fucked up..

Also I have started noticing that i can see scan lines on my monitor so my guess now is that the GPU is somehow bad(again, without the drivers it "works") or that maybe the MoBo is not compatible with the GPU? Hell if I know, I'm tired :(

I can help with this, sorta. Safe mode disables the windows installer service (presumably to prevent viruses/malware/etc from installing shit while in safe mode), which means uninstalling programs is impossible unless you make a change to the registry. I had a problem with McAfee bsod'ing a work server and had to use regedit to allow the windows installer service to run in safe mode so I could uninstall it. There are a few resources out there that tell you exactly what to add/change, but as always with editing the registry, make a backup of your registry before you touch anything.
it could very easily be a bad cable or port. try different ports and see what works
