Sounds like that Hexo guy is a completely dickbag, why isnt he banned already? Surely if he has the highest harassment score on the entire US then he should be the first to go, not to mention the DoS attacks.

Because, apparently, the DoS attacks never existed according to what I've read.
At the very least, there isn't proof they happened.
