I still recall how I got a jump scare from those fucking dogs jumping through the window, In the remake they jump out pretty much earlier so I was caught off-guard again
Ah the old Resident Evil... Complicated and clunky controls, hard puzzles (compared to the ones of today in any game) and actual zombies and scares.
Needs a remake.

It has a remake.

I still want to see the first 4 and Code Veronica on Steam, or any PC format aside from Origin for that matter.
I love the remake of this, I wish it was on PC.

You know, from the screenies of the GC remake, you'd almost think it was a next-gen (or current gen I suppose) game
The GC remake looked amazing. Since the rooms were so small they packed a ton of detail and dynamic lighting into each one.

Greatest remake of all time.

because the backgrounds were pre-rendered.
I always thought the live action intro to the original is what the RE movies should have always been like, instead of that i am alice bullshit.
because the backgrounds were pre-rendered.
Perhaps, but character models look pretty hi-res from screenshots too.
I accept though that it likely looks much less pretty in action. I merely said this as someone who hasn't played the GC remake.
Is this the Resident evil that was a snore-worthy corridor-fest that controlled like reversing a golf cart around a hedge maze, strung together by an extremely silly plot with more holes than triple-cunted hooker in nineteenth-century Whitechapel?

What are you expecting for a reply in a thread like this?
"Oh yeah I think thats the one."
I think you posted that just for the hell of creating a drama filled bitch fest.

Yep.
I wouldn't call it snore-worthy, though.
