Don't bother, just wait for Super Ultra Street Figher 4 Turbo Arcade Off the Record Dark Arisen edition.

Arcade Edition was probably the worst deal money wise from Super, but even that wasn't bad. Ultra will be $40 for anyone who doesn't have the game already, and they'll be removing GFWL. It's actually a really fucking good deal. They also simply called it Ultra to cut down on the lengthy version names. Please stop using dumb memes.

I remember the shitstorm over Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3.
Figured theyd just use the cast from SFxT. Was hoping to see some of the older fighters.
Yeah, but given that each char is about 1.2 million smackers in logistical throughput to create, it's not terribly surprising we'll be only getting one "new" character out of the five.

Announced not even six months after the first one was released and then it came out the same year.
when's mahvel

I'll give them credit that this go-around it's just an extra $15 bucks for people who already have SF 4 but damn they get carried away sometimes.

[editline]16th November 2013[/editline] i would hardly call 4 years between the release of ae and ultra to be "carried away"
If you actually play SF4 you'll realize the editions are just expansion packs really. ... expansions you have to pretty much pay for if you want to continue playing online.
It would be alot easier if this was just Downloadable Content.
It will be DLC too. Hugo looks nice. They've actually kept his Third Strike fighting style intact which'll be fun. PALM, PALM, PALM, GIGAS, U DED
You guys have to understand how much work goes into adding characters and mechanics to a fighting game. It's deceptive, but fighting games are among some of the hardest to make from a design standpoint.
It would be alot easier if this was just Downloadable Content.
And a lot more expensive, if they followed regular prices for DLC.
