I always boot down normally. No holding onto the power button. No turning off the main supply. However, for the past week, whenever I boot up, it asks me which it should boot with.

Windows Vista, the HP thing is probably some kind of "encase you fucked up your install of Windows" partition on your hdd that you should ignore

I just want the options to go away when I boot up since it never shows up asking me before.
Select HP Recovery and press Delete
It will delete it from your boot loader so you never shows up again.
Before this happened did you run a recovery in WinRE?

Its just going to delete it from the options not from the partition.

copy and paste the code it says in "advanced settings"
save it in a txt file
