I can only add a minimum of 25 euro at the time to Paypal, i would ask someone if they could parse their Batman + Scribblenauts key to me but i guess thats not possible anymore thanks to the check process to see if you own the game already.

They added a tiny gift icon near the games you want to redeem, instead of a key you might get a Steam gift? I am not sure as I didn't try it.

I don't use PayPal. Google wallet is a nice tool. :)
