So that time between Inquisition and Andromeda wasn't actually used extensively and, to a degree, the game was rushed like Mass Effect 3 was?
That's way too short time for an AAA RPG game.

Didn't two different teams make DA:I and andromeda?
Not even surprised, the huge jump in animation from the post-release update was a giant red flag from EA
Why the fuck did they cut so much time from a completely inexperienced developer????

That's not what happened...? Montreal had 5 years, due to a lack of firm direction from management the game's scope changed way too far into development as they struggled to make several pre-production ideas work, teams went understaffed and overworked, stuff that was complete kept breaking and other issues.
EDIT: To the next question, Bioware Edmonton are busy with two other projects, something called 'David' and Dragon Age 4. Montreal were free to work on it so several senior staff were initially leading the project, some quit and others couldn't come to a decision on the direction. Dude just read the article.
I still crash during video cutscenes. Haven't been able to complete the first mission yet...

Then why give Montreal, a legitimately D-TIER Singleplayer team such a huge project? Not a single person who worked on the game was involved in a significant level of any other.
They were amateurs, and I'm not even meaning to shit on them, they were legitimately inexperienced. Some fuckhead up top genuinely thought "Yeah this won't hemorrhage money by giving a huge budget to a team that has NEVER MADE A REAL GAME BEFORE"
have you tried windowed mode
Vsync, adaptable vsync, windowed mode and borderless. Also limited my fps to 60. Nothing works, and I can't find anymore viable solutions on Google search.
Studio was probably offered quite the money, that and it would totally put the studio on the map if they could add Mass Effect on their portfolio and i guess the management of the company might have thought "pssh, we can work through that time no problem we just crunch these guys 24/7".
Clickbait much?
The game wasn't developed in 18 months. The SP story and playspace was developed in 18 months and it's not a great story to begin with, and throwing out the animations that do work for for new rigging and modeling system that didn't is completely on Bioware, no one else.
Virtually every decision Management and Leads made were dumb ones.
inepxerienced
Nah. The associated Leads including Producers have plenty of experience, a relative shit ton, They just had bad ideas and refused to abandon them. The only section with new people in charge and it showing were cinematics and multiplayer, and MP's producer is a known hack to begin with, and he runs his section pretty much the same way someone with a toy tie-in cartoon would.
