I know this thread has been made a lot, but I thought it would be interesting to have everyone share their stupidest moment in public.

My example is that I thought I saw my friend walking down the hallway at school one day, they both had extremely similar hair, and I only saw him from the back. I walked up to him, tapped him on the shoulder and said "hey there, bitch!" This kid turned around, and of course, it was someone else.
