It simply doesn't let me, provides an error message (well, with no error) and the option to "Send" or "Not to Send".
I have deleted my Temp folders and everything along those lines, but if there is something especially obscure which I wouldn't have deleted, please tell me. Is there any reason why it won't install.
I'm using Windows XP SP3 on my laptop. The specs, for a fact, do not matter. It worked when Windows 7 was installed.
So, please, do you guys have any idea what may have happened. I have also deleted all other traces of older versions after it didn't work.
