Right Clicking a .exe or shortcuts leading to .exes crashes Windows Explorer

I don't know what I possibly could've done to cause this, but is there anyway to fix it?
Tried following multiple tutorials on google before coming here, none of the suggestions worked.
It's because of a program that's been added to the right click menu. Did you install anything recently?
