• Concerns on Graphics Card.

Well, I currently have a: HP Model m9400t Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q6600 2.40 GHz 4.00 Gigs of RAM Vista 64-bit Fitted with a NVIDIA 9800GT Graphics card. My huge concern is over-heating. I play alot of games, averaging about 2-4 Hours on weekdays, 6-8 on some weekends. I cracked open my computer and I managed to touch the heat-sink panel ontop of the Graphics card and it was damn HOT. I am very concerned for the the well-being on this PC, and I; weekly air-dust the insides. Are there any other suggestions to boost the longevity of this computer?
Try actually checking the temps with a heat monitor. Just leave it running, play some demanding game, and post your max temps.
One really easy thing to do is to use nVidia nTune to adjust your fan speed. I usually set mine between 60%-80%. Also keep the fan dust-free, and make sure you have good case airflow. Other than that there really isn't a lot to do. You could underclock your video card, but it isn't really necessary. Mine idles at about 52c and peaks at around 85c. Check your temps, like above said.

It could also be lets boik the brew for pwn
I have installed a liquid cooling system, as I own a nVidia GTX 295, it helps now, I get a maximum heat of 90 degrees celcius, and minimum of 45 degrees. Although, your GPU shouldn't generate so much heat, have you overclocked it maybe?
Unless you're experiencing loss in performance, artifacting or other problems you should just leave it. Just make sure your case has a good amount of airflow and you dust out your heatsinks every now and then. Seriously you should be getting maybe 40C maximum.
