I only have 1 mod at the moment (Just adds shadows to the pip boy light). Don't plan on doing a lot of modding till the kit comes out for this reason and others, save corruption ontop that.
Mine still work fine. If you used the 'secret' esp menu which was obviously left over from testing, it stopped loading them from that.
What's weird is that it disabled some mods for me, but not others. Pretty glad someone stumbled upon this though.
I somehow doubt this was intentional, however i thought they were planning on bringing paid mods in, i'm curious how they're going to make it work considering most of the really good mods and content will already be available by the time they've released the service.

I believe they said paid mods were not planned for FO4. They publicly acknowledged the Skyrim implementation was a disaster and said they'd consider trying another way in the future, but not for FO4.
