When I try to put a question mark or any key like comma etc. it comes up as é or É... i checked my language countrols... All I have is US, Canadian French and Canadian Multilanguage. So is there a way to disable it?
Set it to US? Canadian anything seems to mess up my keyboard like that.
As in disabling it permanently so I don't need to switch it back over and over ^^
It just kinda went away for me. Not sure if I can help.
Press left shift + left control to toggle between languages.
To disable it permanently, find "change keyboards and other input methods" (type it in the start menu), "change keyboards", and then remove "Canadian Multilingual Standard" and add "US" if it isn't there already.

Mine is set to left shift-control, but it may not be default.
The same dialog box I mentioned in that post has a tab for the keystrokes so you can check it.
