Which monitor is better?

Ok, so I'm looking for a decently sized (>21") monitor (budget is about $180)

Are these two monitors any different from each other or are they pretty much the same thing?

regarding pixel pitch, does the difference of a few hundredths of a millimeter make a huge difference in screen quality?

or is there another monitor that blows these two out of the water at this price range?

Look at the response time. 2ms is higher-end, 5ms is norm, I think.
