• Game window gets "splitted" in different bars, only happens in source games.

That is how it looks like. I noticed it in TF2, and did the basic thing. I removed the game folder and verified game cache. I started it up, shortly after, the same thing again. I closed TF2 and tested if it were the same in Garry's mod. Still there, when I take a screenshot in-game it just looks normal. I have no idea what it can be, because I also did a OCCT GPU test for 10 minutes with error check on. I didn't get any errors at all or any weird behaviour. So I presume it's something with source or so. I haven't really had problems with any source games before. Just running with a lot of stuttering sometimes, but now it's basically unplayable because of this. It appears for a short while (5-30 sec) and then disappear to come back later. Any help would be appreciated.
This might not be a real solution, but have you tried lowering your graphics settings and checked if it still happens? I have no idea what might be causing this, but you can check that up. Btw, do you play TF2 in window mode also?

Well, I tried to lower the AA, it didn't matter. I can try to but everything to lowest in tf2 and see what happens.
Okay, it might be window mode, though, I can't see why it would fuck up your game this badly.
Your game bought shutter shades.
Okay, it might be window mode, though, I can't see why it would fuck up your game this badly.
Windowed did cause the "splitting" BUT, in fullscreen. No matter what settings (lowest or highest) the difference in fps are very slim. It even gets better when having higher settings. It goes from 18-50 (very frequently) which makes it unplayable...
