Problems getting the absolute coordinates from my graphic tablet
0 replies, posted
I have the Aiptek SlimTablet 600u Premium II
OS: Vista
The mouse cursor moves when I set the graphic tablet to use the relative mode.
But my main concern is to get absolute coordinates from the tablet rather then the relative ones I get now, so that the cursor directly switched to the position on the screen where I am touching the tablet with the pen.
I tried reinstalling the drivers several times, also disabled all Tablet-PC functions of vista. (Although, I am unsure if they're really disabled.)
The new driver installer on the aiptek site above doesn't work. When I click on the setup.exe it removes itselfs, giving me an error that it couldn't find the file and letting a *.tmp file behind.
Any help would be appreciated.
