I have the old Creative sound blaster X-Fi Extreme Audio one (http://us.store.creative.com/Sound-Blaster-XFi-Extreme-Audio/M/B000IZC0GO.htm) and i'm planning to upgrade to the titanium series one (http://us.store.creative.com/PCI-Express-Sound-Blaster-XFi-Titanium/M/B001E25KDK.htm)
I wanna know if its worth throwing in 100 dollars for better sound.I mean, with 100 dollars I can do alot of things.
Sound cards are pointless unless your motherboard doesn't have onboard audio or you're working in a studio.
Unless you are a prosumer/professional audio engineer, there are absolutely no point to buy a high end sound card.
