I live in Australia, it's lucky they don't occur in my city or it would be a hazard when we fall off the earth and land on them.
This is in Phoenix, AZ. Which is quite the rare occurrence.

Most of the icicles have already melted in my town, but on the way to my school i saw a couple of them that was atleast 1 meters
57ºF and raining where I am.
Too warm for ice.
