Looking for an HDMI to DVI with audio RCA splitter

I've got a bit of a weird setup. I have a PC with dual monitors (one using DVi and one using VGA) and my 360 set up into one of the dual monitors with a spare DVi, using a HDMI (from the 360) to DVi cable. It's easy to switch between 360 and pc (just hit the input selection button), but the monitor has no audio, and the 360 has no audio output.
Unfortunately, in a big clean up, I threw out my old Xbox 360 RCA output (I had broken it open so I could use it for the audio output, and still have the HDMI cable plugged into the back).
Is there any kind of cable that will allow me to have this sort of setup, or something similar. I drew a pic to illustrate

I have the parts on the right (HDMI to DVi, and a headset of course). I mean the bit on the left, the HDMI with HDMI and Audio split...
Yeah, if it ran in the opposite direction though, it would be perfect. I have plenty of DVi to DVi cables so the output is not too important. It just needs HDMI in, and an audio output as well as either HDMI out or DVi or even VGA output.
Can't you buy an official xbox cable that separates it out? I know for a fact I have a cable somewhere that allows me to run the video through HDMI and the audio through a set of stereo plugs.
Yes, this,

That cable allows an HDMI to be plugged in at the same time. That's exactly what you need.
I'm not familiar with the output on that. What type is it? But yes, I have seen those, was just hoping there would be something available that would mean I didn't need to buy more cables (seeing as I already have heaps of HDMI, DVi and HDMI to DVi cables)
You can also go and buy the xbox vga cable if other solutions fail
The thing you want doesn't really exist (it does, but it's hundreds of dollars). You're better off buying another RCA adapter and breaking it or getting the xbox hdmi audio adapter.
It's cause HDMI audio is all encoded up and stuff, it's not a simple conversion. I think you'd have to decode and then reencode the signal, and with a lot of HDMI signals would be pretty hard because of copy-protection stuff. I'm probably oversimplifying the explanation but that's about how it works.

It has audio output? Because at the moment, I can play my 360, I just can't get any sound.
Well it would be pretty retarded if it didn't.
This is the one. http://www.xbox.com/en-US/xbox360/accessories/cablesnetworking/Xbox360GVGSHDCable
Search around on ebay or whatever and get a third party one to save cash.

VGA cable just has the RCA audio out like the others.
I suggest the Xbox RCA HDMI adapter + cheap headphone amp

Exactly what I am looking for. Do you know of any? Because I can't seem to find any.
My TV has DVI - HDMI (DVI-D) and I'm looking for a HDMI to DVI (for video) AND RCA (for audio). Can't believe no one makes one cable that does both. My TV is a high def.
welcome 2 facepunch, it's better to just make a new thread for your question or to use the quick question thread, for future reference
Most sources will have the capability to output audio analog as well, it's a lot easier to just to it that way. What source are you using?
